By fostering strong provider-patient relationships and delivering accessible care, we strive to improve the health of our rural community while honoring the dignity, worth, and individuality of every patient we serve.
Our Team
Cornerstone Family Healthcare was founded and is led by Allison Butler, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, who views healthcare as both a calling and a service. Guided by faith and clinical excellence, Allison is dedicated to caring for each patient with compassion, respect, and a commitment to whole-person wellness.
Every patient visit reflects a deeply personal approach—where you are known, heard, and cared for by the same provider every time.

Payment information
Cornerstone Family Healthcare currently accepts the following commercial and government insurances:
- Anthem
- United Healthcare (UHC)
- TriCare
- ChampVA
We are actively working to contract with additional insurance providers. While we await participation with other plans, affordable self-pay (cash-pay) pricing is available.
For self-pay patients, most standard office visits are $50, payable at the time of service. This straightforward pricing allows us to keep care accessible, predictable, and focused on quality rather than volume. We are always happy to discuss costs in advance so there are no surprises.
PLEASE NOTE: At this time, Medicare and Medicaid patients cannot be seen until contracts with those programs are fully finalized.
